Digital templating technology, digital cutting, and CNC technology allow us to produce the highest quality product at the lowest possible price.
The heart of our stone processing system is the ‘SASSO’ K600, Park Industries “TITAN”, and a Breton “NC300 K260”. This equipment allows us to simply scan our drawings and then automatically loads the correct tooling to begin production. This state-of-the-art system features:

The equipment we use for our Solid Surface countertops is CNC technology. Our “AXYZ “CNC has a large 85 x 150 cutting table allowing us to cut even the largest tops to within 1/1000 of an inch. We convert our digital templates into CNC ready files so the necessary pieces can be cut with precision. Once cut, our skilled fabricators will assemble the countertop ensuring a precise fit.
Measuring Your Countertops
In your home, all of our skilled templaters will use digital templating technology to create an electronic file of your exact layout. Our team uses LT 55 XL template system to ensure a high level of accuracy. They can take accurate measurements and use its built-in camera and wifi capabilities to email your files directly back to the office from the job site. Out of square corners, bows in walls are not a problem, ensuring your countertop will fit the highest possible standards.
